Uttarakhand Bhasha Sansthan has moved toward digitising dialects, folk literature, e-library work and a linguistic map, but I did not verify a physical Kumaoni Research Centre in Nainital. The digital-language objective is partly moving, but the named research centre is not verified. Budget: Bhasha Sansthan activity exists; centre-specific allocation not found.

In order to promote Uttarakhand's folk instrumentalists, we will provide them with a monthly financial aid of Rs 3,000.
We will fully fund the education of all those students enrolled in classical dance and music courses.
