Uttarakhand folk/cultural festivals and platforms for artists exist, but I did not verify a state-run annual event specifically named Uttarakhand Folk Festival. The platform objective is partly met through festivals, but the promised annual branded festival is not verified. Budget: Event spending exists through culture/tourism ecosystems; no annual Uttarakhand Folk Festival allocation isolated.

In order to promote Uttarakhand's folk instrumentalists, we will provide them with a monthly financial aid of Rs 3,000.
We will fully fund the education of all those students enrolled in classical dance and music courses.
