ARHC is a PMAY-U sub-scheme for urban migrants/poor, and Uttarakhand housing authorities have invited PPP land proposals for affordable housing, but I did not verify completed ARHC complexes in Uttarakhand. The policy route is available and facilitation has started, but completed ARHC delivery is not proven. Budget: PMAY-U/PPP affordable-housing support exists; no Uttarakhand ARHC project budget isolated.
