VMSB Uttarakhand Technical University lists MoUs with NASSCOM, Patanjali, IIT Roorkee incubation/TIEDS, UCOST and others, and its 2022 newsletter states new curricula would incorporate industrial-demand subjects under NEP-2020. However, evidence does not prove a comprehensive upgrade to IIT/premier-institution quality. Industry/academic partnership activity exists, but the transformational quality-upgrade target remains unverified and too broad to mark fulfilled.
