I did not find state government evidence showing district-wise construction or sanction of at least one new state-of-the-art girls’ hostel in every Uttarakhand district after 2022. A later Union Budget proposal for one girls’ hostel per district is not the same as verified Uttarakhand implementation. Strict scale promise: every district requires district-wise sanction/completion evidence, which is not available. Budget: No district-wise state allocation found.

“Uttarakhand State Private Universities Act” will be enacted to ensure effective regulations of private universities in the state as well as enable a transparent process in opening new private universities.
Unnecessary rules like that of mandatory essentiality certificates will be abolished.
Compliance norms for schools will be streamlined and made more transparent.
