The Higher Education Department published a 2025 recruitment notice for 117 outsourced Yoga Trainers for government colleges. This supports the fitness/physical-activity intent, but it is narrower than physical education and fitness trainers in every university and college across the state. Objective partially met through outsourced yoga trainers in government colleges, but not verified for every university and college or for broader PE/fitness trainer roles. Budget: Outsourcing/recruitment liability exists for 117 yoga trainer posts; no full every-institution allocation isolated.
