Our Assessment

The sports department lists 17 multipurpose sports halls and 27 indoor sports halls, and fresh indoor sports complexes/mini-stadiums are being built. However, block-level multipurpose indoor stadium coverage is not verified. Indoor sports infrastructure exists and is expanding, but not at the promised block-level scale. Budget: Individual sports-complex and mini-stadium costs exist; no statewide block-level indoor-stadium allocation isolated.
