Our Assessment
Fit India/Fit Uttarakhand activities and open-gym style schemes exist, but I could not verify gyms established in each Uttarakhand block. The promise is block-wise and infrastructure-specific; broad fitness promotion is insufficient. Budget: No block-wise gym allocation found.
