Uttarakhand ordered inspection of teacher qualification credentials at private schools to ensure NCTE standards and address ignored educational standards. However, I did not find a full structured NEP-compliance monitoring framework for private schools. Private-school monitoring activity exists, but the NEP-specific structured monitoring objective is only partly verified. Budget: Administrative monitoring action verified; no separate budget found.
