Uttarakhand has a Samarth higher-education entrance portal covering B.Ed admissions, but I did not find a state order or curriculum rule making Anganwadi-centre internships mandatory for all B.Ed students. A 2026 UGC framework on adopted Anganwadi centres is not sufficient evidence of Uttarakhand implementation of this 2022 state promise.
