Lakhamandal is recognised as a heritage/tourism site and appears in tourism material, but I did not verify a post-2022 world-class development project with state-of-the-art infrastructure and amenities. Existing heritage status and tourism listing do not satisfy the promised upgrade project. Budget: No Lakhamandal-specific development allocation found.
