Our Assessment
Uttarakhand had implemented a CM Tablet Scheme/Tablet Distribution Scheme using DBT of ₹12,000 for eligible students, including government college students, but the strongest public evidence is from the 2021-22 session and does not verify universal post-2022 coverage for all UG students in both government and government-aided colleges.
