The state Directorate lists Model Career Centres in Almora, Dehradun, Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar, and the online Rojgar/NCS system exists. But the official page does not show all employment exchanges converted to MCCs. MCC and online employment-services infrastructure is real, but the promised universal upgrade of all exchanges is not verified. Budget: MCC support can include central grants for IT/refurbishment/job fairs; no all-exchange Uttarakhand allocation isolated.
