DIKSHA is an official national school-education platform adopted by almost all States and UTs, supports 36 Indian languages, and provides K-12 curriculum-linked digital learning resources. PIB also records large-scale e-content, e-courses and vocational resources on DIKSHA. However, I did not find approved-source Uttarakhand-specific evidence that the state fully utilised DIKSHA in both Hindi and English across economic backgrounds, and 2025 reporting still described digital upgrades as incomplete. This is partial because the platform and access infrastructure exist, but full state-level utilisation is not verified. Budget status: no Uttarakhand-specific DIKSHA utilisation allocation found.
