Our Assessment
UTU syllabi include cyber-security and quantum-computing topics/courses, including B.Tech CSE Cyber Security material and Quantum Computing course content, but I did not verify dedicated Centres of Excellence on Cyber Security and Quantum Computing at the university. Curriculum presence is not equivalent to establishing two Centres of Excellence. No centre-specific notification, facility page or budget was found. Budget: No CoE-specific allocation found.
