The government has taken value-curriculum steps: the CM directed Gita lessons and broader cultural content, government schools began Gita-shloka teaching in assemblies, and officials later said Ramayana and Mahabharata excerpts would be added under the 30% state-content flexibility. But the promise covered curriculum updates at all levels and a broader list of Bharatiya values; TOI also reported localised curriculum and wider NEP restructuring were still incomplete. This is partial, not fulfilled. Budget status: no promise-specific curriculum-revision allocation found.
