Our Assessment

The Higher Education Department provides general e-learning links such as YouTube, SWAYAM, SWAYAM PRABHA, LMS and Virtual Lab, but I did not find approved evidence of a state initiative with premier e-learning companies specifically for bilingual competitive-exam preparation. General digital learning infrastructure is not enough to satisfy the specific promise of a competitive-exam e-learning partnership. Budget: No promise-specific allocation found.
