The Sashakt Uttarakhand Chief Minister Fellowship was launched through CPPGG/Planning Department for young professionals aged 21-35, with a monthly stipend and roles supporting departments on project plans, monitoring, reforms and Sashakt Uttarakhand thematic areas including agriculture, social sector, infrastructure and tourism. Even though the branded name differs, the core objective of involving young professionals in governance/development challenges is delivered. Budget: The fellowship TOR provides a ₹75,000/month stipend for 10 fellows; administrative cost beyond stipend not isolated.
