The state Skill Development and Employment Department hosts an apprenticeship training scheme with prescribed monthly stipends and central NAPS-2.0 DBT support. However, I could not verify a distinct post-2022 Chief Minister's Apprenticeship top-up of ₹3,000 for unemployed youth for one year. Apprenticeship support exists, but the specific state-funded ₹3,000 additional stipend under the promised CM scheme is not cleanly verified. Budget: Central stipend support under NAPS-2.0 is capped at 25% up to ₹1,500/month; no separate Uttarakhand ₹3,000 top-up allocation was isolated.
