The state department documents Model ITI upgradation, industry engagement, flexi-MoUs and training delivery reform, and IRDT shows revised polytechnic syllabi effective 2025-26. However, a comprehensive upgrade across all ITIs and polytechnics is not fully verified. There is real curriculum/training movement, but the promise's statewide, all-institution scale is not established. Budget: Model ITI and curriculum reform funding exists, but no comprehensive statewide course-material allocation was isolated.

We will appoint a personality of Uttarakhand who is renowned in the field of Industry and Skilling to be the “Skills Chief” of Uttarakhand. This leader will directly report to the Chief Minister and assist the Government to revamp & streamline the skilling infrastructure in Uttarakhand to meet Global Industry standards, enabling faster youth employment and overall economic development.
We will form “Gram Seva Samiti” and employ one local Gram Prabandhak for every fifty households to help deliver government services and schemes, thus employing 31,275 youth.
