I found no official India/Uttarakhand bid for Auli 2038. Recent international reporting says Switzerland is the IOC's focus for the 2038 Winter Olympics process, making Auli delivery unlikely on current evidence. The promised bid itself is not verified. I am keeping this pending rather than broken because final 2038 host selection is not completed here, but there is no delivery evidence. Budget: No bid-preparation allocation found.
