The government began free pre-recruitment training for Agniveer aspirants across districts, with training by departmental trainers at sports stadiums or grounds. However, this does not verify dedicated army-preparation stadiums across the state. The army-preparation support objective is partly met through statewide training, but the promised dedicated stadium infrastructure is not verified. Budget: Training programme costs exist, but no dedicated stadium allocation was isolated.
