The manifesto promised a dedicated toll-free number for public complaints. No approved-source evidence of an operational, dedicated toll-free complaint line under the Prajavani grievance system was found as of July 2026. An April 2026 government order provides for establishing a state-level call centre, but its stated purpose is obtaining citizen feedback on already-disposed grievances rather than receiving complaints, so it is not credited as the promised mechanism. Complaint intake currently occurs in person at Prajavani programmes and through the online portal. Budget: not applicable; no allocation evidence found.
