“हम मुख्यमंत्री फ्री स्कूटी योजना शुरू करेंगे, जिसके अंतर्गत कक्षा 12वीं पास करने वाली मेधावी छात्राओं को स्कूटी प्रदान करेंगे।”
The manifesto promised a Mukhyamantri Free Scooty Yojana for meritorious girls who pass Class 12. Rajasthan continues to fund several scooty-distribution mechanisms, including a general free-scooty line for meritorious students and the Kali Bai Bhil and Devnarayan schemes for eligible girl students. The 2026-27 Output-Outcome Budget sets physical targets of 2,095 free scooties for meritorious students, 2,825 under Kali Bai Bhil Girl Scooty Yojana and 4,240 under Devnarayan Girls Scooty Distribution and Incentive Scheme. These schemes match the mobility and education objective, but the evidence does not establish a new universal scheme covering every meritorious Class 12 girl irrespective of category. Budget: Direct 2026-27 outlays of Rs 34.87 crore, Rs 66.78 crore and Rs 64.48 crore are mapped to the three scooty-distribution lines; utilisation for the promised universal mechanism was not verified.
