The manifesto promised free quality education from KG to PG for girl students from all poor families. The February 2024 Vote-on-Account announced free KG-to-PG education for students from low-income, small, marginal and tenant-farmer and agricultural-labour families from the following academic year. However, no approved post-election source was found establishing a statewide operational fee-waiver mechanism covering poor-family girls across school, undergraduate and postgraduate education. Existing scholarships and category-specific concessions do not by themselves prove delivery of this universal promise. Budget: No distinct approved outlay, expenditure or utilisation evidence mapped to a comprehensive KG-to-PG fee waiver for all poor-family girls was found.
