Organise an annual Rajasthan Investment Summit

The manifesto promised an annual Rajasthan Investment Summit to attract investment in tourism, agriculture, software and manufacturing. The state held the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit in Jaipur on 9, 10 and 11 December 2024, directly matching the summit mechanism and broad sectoral objective. Rajasthan’s Economic Review records 11,013 investment proposals worth Rs 35,30,225 crore and projects worth Rs 8,01,048 crore taken to ground-breaking stage by December 2025. However, only one statewide edition of the promised annual summit was verified, and a separate second annual Rajasthan Investment Summit in 2025 or 2026 was not found. The promise is therefore partial because the event was delivered once but the annual cadence has not been established. Budget: The 2026-27 Output-Outcome Budget provides Rs 24 crore to the Bureau of Investment Promotion and includes one outreach activity or summit as an output, but it does not isolate the cost of a Rajasthan Investment Summit.
