The manifesto promised more women Industrial Training Institutes and skill-development and employment opportunities for two lakh women. PIB’s 2025 reply on women’s skill development reports Madhya Pradesh women trainees under central skill schemes: 5,64,245 under PMKVY, 2,86,101 under JSS, 20,878 under NAPS and 70,820 under ITI for the relevant cumulative periods. This exceeds the numeric two-lakh skilling scale, but it is not evidence that Madhya Pradesh increased the number of women ITIs after the manifesto. The state skill department continues to operate relevant skilling infrastructure, but approved-source evidence for new women ITIs or job placement outcomes was not found in this pass. The verdict is partial because the skilling scale is evidenced, while the women-ITI expansion element is unverified. Budget: central and state skill schemes are active, but no utilisation figure for this specific MP women-ITI expansion promise was found.
