Didi cafes in major cities

The manifesto promised Didi cafes in all major cities of Madhya Pradesh. Approved-source evidence found in this pass shows broader self-help-group and livelihood activity, but not a state-level Didi Cafe rollout across major cities. I did not find a government order, city-wise list, operating guideline, budget line or official count of Didi cafes launched after the manifesto. A single local café or general SHG livelihood activity would not satisfy the promise without statewide major-city coverage. The verdict is pending because the promised programme remains unverified. Budget: no allocation or utilisation evidence for a Didi Cafe programme was found.
