Ten new MSME clusters

The manifesto promised 10 new MSME clusters with Rs 5,000 crore investment. Madhya Pradesh has notified a 2025 MSME Development Policy and a 2025 MSME Promotion Scheme, and the department’s official policy page confirms the policy framework. These are enabling measures for MSME development, but no approved-source evidence was found in this pass that 10 new MSME clusters have been created or that Rs 5,000 crore has been invested specifically into those clusters. A general MSME policy is not the same as delivery of the numeric cluster target. The verdict is pending because the target remains unverified and the term is still underway. Budget: no approved-source allocation or utilisation evidence for the promised Rs 5,000 crore and 10 clusters was found.
