Low-interest loans for MSMEs

The manifesto promised loans to Madhya Pradesh MSME industries at minimum rates. Approved sources show MSME policy activity in the state and central MSME credit-support expansion, including higher credit-guarantee cover for micro and small enterprises. However, the approved sources found in this pass do not verify a Madhya Pradesh-specific minimum-interest loan product for MSMEs, a notified interest subvention schedule, or disbursal data under such a mechanism. General credit-guarantee expansion helps MSME access to finance, but it is not the same as the promised minimum-rate loan arrangement.
