Rs 100 bill for first 100 electricity units

The manifesto promised 100 units of electricity for Rs 100 under the Atal Griha Jyoti framework. The official Dhar district scheme page for Indira Grah Jyoti Yojana states that eligible domestic consumers with monthly consumption up to 150 units are charged Rs 100 for consumption up to 100 units and the difference is paid by the state as subsidy.
