Bagheli, Bundeli, Gondi and Bhili academies

The manifesto promised separate Bagheli, Bundeli, Gondi and Bhili literary academies. The official Madhya Pradesh Culture Department page lists the academies and institutions currently working under the Madhya Pradesh Culture Council, including bodies such as Sahitya Academy, Marathi Sahitya Academy, Bhojpuri Sahitya Academy, Punjabi Sahitya Academy and others. It also shows the state recognises regional dialects such as Bundeli, Bagheli, Bhili and Gondi in cultural activities. However, no approved-source evidence was found that the four promised separate academies have been formally established. Existing awards or a broader tribal and folk culture academy are not the same as creating the four named literary academies. Budget: no allocation or utilisation evidence for these four promised academies was found.
