Thirteen cultural and spiritual Loks

The manifesto promised construction of 13 cultural Loks. Times of India reported that Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced creation of 13 new spiritual corridors across Madhya Pradesh, building on Mahakal Lok, and named sites such as Omkareshwar, Ram Raja Lok at Orchha and Pashupatinath Lok at Mandsaur. Separate reporting also shows a Rs 100 crore Devi Lok redevelopment at Salkanpur. These are credible planning and implementation signals for the cultural-Lok framework. However, the evidence found in this pass is mainly announcement, corridor planning and selected project work, not completed construction of all 13 Loks. The verdict is on_track rather than fulfilled. Budget: a Rs 100 crore Salkanpur Devi Lok project is reported, but no full allocation and utilisation for all 13 Loks was found.
