Agri-Infrastructure Mission with Rs 25,000 crore

The manifesto promised a Rs 25,000 crore Agri-Infrastructure Mission for food parks, food processing, cold chain networks, godowns and processing centres across Madhya Pradesh. Approved sources show that Madhya Pradesh is actively promoting agriculture, food and dairy processing, and the MoFPI state profile records food-processing infrastructure and support instruments relevant to the promise. However, no approved-source evidence was found for a dedicated state Agri-Infrastructure Mission with a Rs 25,000 crore sanctioned package, site list and utilisation. Existing food-processing infrastructure and investment promotion are therefore credited only as partial movement. The verdict is partial because the direction is aligned but the exact mission and scale are not verified. Budget: no approved-source allocation or utilisation evidence for the promised Rs 25,000 crore mission was found.
