“We will improve public services delivery through CSCs and Post Offices using technology. We will use Bhashini to provide services in multiple Indian languages. We will increase participation of citizens in policy making through platforms like MyGov.”
Public-service delivery is being expanded through over 5 lakh Common Service Centres (CSCs) and India Post outlets delivering government and financial services digitally, integration of the Bhashini language platform for multilingual access (e.g. on e-Shram and other portals), and citizen participation through MyGov. These mechanisms are operational and expanding, with deeper integration ongoing. Partial.
We will continue our efforts to address the issues in the disturbed areas and remove AFSPA in a phased manner. We will further work towards resolution of inter-state border disputes amongst Northeastern states through sustained efforts.
We will work towards further improving the legal framework to promote arbitration and mediation ecosystem.
We will establish fast track courts for quick disposal of pendency in identified areas.
