Our Assessment
Bank and chamber Women Entrepreneur Cells exist, including a Central Bank of India cell in Ahmedabad. The review did not establish a Gujarat state-level cell with a ₹100-crore corpus and the promised technical, market-access and business-development services. Ordinary Stand Up India loans, bank zonal cells and chamber events are not proof of this state institution and fund. Equivalent state delivery would count under another name if its funding and services can be mapped.
