What does this status mean?
Meaningful delivery has occurred, but the stated commitment is incomplete.
Status describes delivery. Confidence describes how strong the available evidence is.
Original manifesto wording
“We will expand the scope of Mission Mangalam 2.0 by providing a corpus of ₹2,500 crore. Under this, we will: Incentivise mothers and sisters by allocating at least 40% of Fair Price Shops to SHGs.”
Our Assessment
GLPC identifies Fair Price Shops as one of its departmental-convergence livelihood activities for SHGs. This provides evidence of an operating route for group participation, but not that 40% of Gujarat's shops are allocated to SHGs. A shop run by an individual woman or a cooperative is not automatically SHG-run. The review could not verify a current SHG shop numerator against the complete state licence denominator, so no percentage bar is shown.
