Our Assessment

DPIIT records upgrades to more than 15 existing Gujarat incubators during January 2023–November 2024 and three-plus new manufacturing incubators. Named upgrade sites include Anand Pharmacy College, Anant National University, R K University and Sankalchand Patel University. This is documented infrastructure delivery, but new incubators are not upgrades to existing ones. The total eligible network and facility-level completion standards are not established, so upgrading every centre remains unverified.
