What does this status mean?
Meaningful delivery has occurred, but the stated commitment is incomplete.
Status describes delivery. Confidence describes how strong the available evidence is.
Original manifesto wording
“We will provide 1 litre of edible oil four times a year and 1 kg chana per month at subsidised rates through the PDS system.”
Our Assessment
Gujarat's 2025–26 review documents monthly 1 kg chana at ₹30/kg and one-litre subsidised oil distributions at Janmashtami and Diwali. Actual commodity distribution is reported. The pledge also names Uttarayan and Holi, so the documented two-festival oil schedule falls short of four. Separate component entries track these requirements; the combined promise has no numerical completion bar.
