Our Assessment
GLPC describes bank cash-credit loans and a state interest subsidy that reduces eligible SHGs' effective interest to zero after regular repayment. SLBC minutes also document SHG credit work. This delivers the central financing benefit even if accessed without the promised card branding. The reviewed records do not establish issuance of SHG Credit Cards or complete access for the promised groups. Sanctioned bank limits are not automatically interest-free amounts received by every SHG.
