Our Assessment
The Gujarat academies continue relevant activities, including support for the 2026 Bharat Rang Mahotsav and art-exhibition assistance. Their continued operation does not establish a funding increase against a comparable pre-pledge baseline. Revised allocations, actual grant releases and expenditure for both state academies were not reconciled. Budget increases for the separate national academies are not counted toward this Gujarat commitment.
