Our Assessment
Gujarat Tourism documents paragliding and supporting infrastructure at Saputara, demonstrating an operating adventure offer in one named destination. This does not verify the full promised transformation across Wilson Hill, Don and Girnar as well. Post-2022 additions, safety certification, operating activities and a defined quality benchmark were not reconciled for all four locations. Existing attractions are not counted as new construction.
