Our Assessment
PM-JANMAN provides multi-purpose centres for tribal communities, and a 2026 parliamentary reply records Gujarat funding releases for those centres. They are plausible equivalents for parts of the promised community infrastructure, but funding releases alone do not demonstrate completed social, recreational and cultural facilities in every tribal-dominated taluka. The national inauguration of multi-purpose centres also cannot be assumed to be a Gujarat taluka-by-taluka completion list. No location and functionality register meeting this pledge was verified, under either the Govind Guru name or an equivalent programme. The promise remains Pending.
