Our Assessment
Gujarat has relevant memorial infrastructure: official records document tribal-hero memorial openings at Jambughoda in November 2022. Those openings preceded the manifesto and establish a baseline rather than new delivery under this pledge. Construction and curation of the later Rajpipla museum also honour tribal freedom fighters. New matching memorials for the specifically named figures were not reconciled against the commitment.
