On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is to enable Women SHGs to establish shops across Goa exclusively selling SHG-made products. The Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana Gazette allows Women SHGs running canteens to keep local products for sale in canteen premises where space is available. GTDC also officially reported a Self Help Group stall at Margao Residency displaying 53 eatable products and 20 handicraft items made by women across 17 village panchayats. This confirms concrete SHG product-sale opportunities, but not shops across the state.

View sourceIn order to ensure complete safety for women around the clock, we will create a comprehensive women's safety platform called Suraksha that will be connected with local police stations and women's helpline num-bers. We will ensure GPS tagging of all public transport and also equip them with CCTVs and SOS buttons.
We will establish a women-only police station in every Taluka in the state, as part of the effort to reduce crimes against women and promote ease of access to law enforcement offices.
In order to empower the female-run SHGs of the state, we will provide female volunteers of SHGs in every village of the state with free smart-phones to integrate them into the Sarkar Tumcha Dari scheme.
