The Government of Goa later notified the Chief Minister's Financial Assistance for refilling of LPG Cylinder Scheme, 2023, but the Gazette limits eligibility to Antyodaya Anna Yojana ration card holders and provides Rs 275 per month as compensation towards three LPG refills per annum. The scheme was extended for 2024-25. This confirms a targeted LPG refill assistance scheme, but not universal coverage for every household.
