The official Goa DMF portal confirms active allocations and expenditure across high-priority sectors, including drinking water, education, health care, welfare of women and children, livelihood and physical infrastructure, with total expenditure shown at Rs 20.92 crore. North Goa DMF meeting minutes also directed that completed DMF-funded projects submit utilisation certificates, beneficiary details and photographs. However, the official portal shows beneficiary counts as 0 across listed sectors, so approved evidence confirms DMF spending/project activity but does not clearly prove effective beneficiary-level disbursal. Because this is a recurring governance/utilisation commitment, status is ongoing rather than fulfilled.
