Our Assessment

Partial. The promise specifically says every GTDC hotel will have exclusive shops for SHG-made products. GTDC officially reported a Self Help Group stall at Margao Residency displaying 53 eatable products and 20 handicraft items made by women from 17 village panchayats, which confirms at least one GTDC-linked SHG stall. However, no approved source found confirms that every GTDC hotel has such an exclusive SHG shop. Status partial.
