On track, but not fulfilled. The promise is to organise sensitisation programmes for law enforcement officers and health professionals dealing with victims of crimes against women. Goa Police official material records Training of Investigators on Women Safety organised by Women Police Station in February 2023, NCW gender-sensitisation programmes in September and October 2023, and anti-human-trafficking awareness activity with Goa Police. NHM Goa PIP 2022-24 also includes Gender Based Violence and Medico Legal Care for Survivors/Victims of Sexual Violence training for PHC medical officers, nurses and paramedical workers, with budget provision. This confirms relevant police and health-sector training activity, but approved sources do not prove comprehensive or recurring coverage of all relevant law-enforcement and health professionals.
