Regularly organise blood-donation camps across Goa

Ongoing. Regular organisation of blood-donation camps is an independently measurable recurring commitment and is therefore separated from the promise to establish six CHC-level facilities. The 2023-24 Explanatory Memorandum states that the Goa Medical College Blood Bank collects blood through camps and that provision is made for contingent expenditure towards organising blood-donation camps. The overall Blood Bank scheme had a Budget Estimate of Rs 811.50 lakh, although this amount also covered staff, materials and other blood-bank expenditure and was not exclusively earmarked for camps. Official state records confirm a blood-donation camp at the state-level World Blood Donor Day programme in June 2024 and another camp organised with the GMC Blood Bank in April 2025. These successive post-election activities confirm continuation of the recurring commitment. Since regular camps require continuing delivery rather than a one-time endpoint, status ongoing.
